I just got my carpets cleaned in my first property.

I went over at 7:00pm, in my Halloween costume and pulled the carpet, mopped the floor, got fans installed and apologized to the tenants.

She’s a pretty messy tenant, so I expect there will be a lot of work to do after she leaves.
