I found a property in upstate NY (I know NY with the rules and regs and massive tenants rights), but it seems like a good deal as most of houses are tenant owned, so very little maintenance, and a manager is already in place.

It is very possible to make 1% a day as a day-trader if you ate disciplined and create a plan as outlined in those sources above.I can also cherry pick investments and numbers to show massive returns whereas you picked overweight tech stocks that were destined for a pull back.

Obviously you would want the savings to be greater than the price of the program, but there is more than one way you would benefit from having one implemented.They are looked at differently depending on the risk tolerance of the investor/partnership, but it at least gives an alternative option to paying massive deductibles (or self-insuring up to that higher deductible)

If the property manager provided such access to the relatives or friend of the deceased, massive liability was potentially created, as heirs could later appear claiming a property interest in something that they said was or indeed was willed to them by the deceased.
