Hello,I am new to the BP community, started listening to the podcasts 2 days ago and the rest is history.I am currently in the DMV and have began investing in flips, the first property is completed(sold) and the second will be finished by the end of the month.

David,I would spend some time listening to the BP podcasts.  

For this reason i decided to learn more about RE investing and determining my niche in this business.I do not plan investing outside of my country, since i like to succeed in here first.Hope to listen to your advices and appreciate yout comments

Already started listening to the podcast as well.

However, after watching and listening to hundreds of hours of content on here and YouTube, I am still unsure about whether I have the knowledge required to start making deals.

I find myself listening to everything real estate and my conversations seem to gravitate to real estate.
