The good "sharks".By investing passively with these folks, you should get the benefit of tapping into their cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits... without lifting a finger on your own. 

I'm not happy that gas is 2.5x higher than it was two years ago, but I don't stand at the gas station screaming at the lady behind the counter who's trying to support two kids.
