Actually, yesterday there appeared a thread on BP that can be easily found by doing the following search on BP  "Scott Carson Do not invest"  I hope I'm not too late.

Prices on the entry level homes have doubled and rents haven't followed fast enough. 

Following , really have NO idea where i need or want to start in this path.

That's tougher (not the prepaying part) in a strictly small real estate entity.

Some cities will allow them easily, others will have very strict requirements, and some don’t allow this at all.

I found a multi family with the following numbers have an accepted offer just doing an appraisal. my appraisers are telling me its a hard comp. there aren't many houses similar in size beds etc. 

Don't listen to those who follow who will recommend gha low down quad🙁🤗🤔😇😆😅Payoff the debT.
