Where do I find a trade association or consultant to conduct a feasibility study to determine demand/profitability for bread, cheese, honey, and flower gardens?

@Bryan Wilhelm there are a wide variety of ways to define failure in this case.I'll enumerate what comes to mind:Contract too short, can't find a buyer in timePrice to seller too high, no interestPrice to buyer too high, can't produce a buyer at a price so that you make moneyFailure to disclose the nature of the transaction, deal dissolves at closing tableFailure to calculate the cost of a double closing, no profit (or perhaps, a loss)Failure to structure the deal so that double closing is not necessary

The moral of the story here is with the variety of jurisdiction and the variety of note language among the differences between funding in cash and equity the notes will be less homogenous than what most tend to think.

What they lack is the service element MLS offers to the public through its brokerage community.Even within the brokerage community there is significant variety.

I see a variety of responses, and looks like most are bucketing "landlord friendly" as 1. relatively easy to evict  2.
