Tired of spectating and eager to participate RE investing.I'm interested in investing in multi family properties(2-4units) with a goal of attaining a passive income of 10k a month.

After buying - by chance - a 'high cash-flow' apartment as first property in Malta, my husband and I realised that Real Estate Investing could help us reach our goals: financial, geographical & time freedom.We are already working online, allowing us to travel frequently for long periods of time.

My goal here is to figure out how I can pursue private money investors and be able to put that money to work and earn my investors a handsome return while maintaining control of the LLC for my construction projects.

My goal is to get a duplex, triplex, etc. so I can start saving more money and live rent free, and in turn invest more! 

Financial freedom is my main goal as I grow my own business so I can spend everyday with my family and because of this new profound love I have for real estate, I know I will achieve it.
