@Munir Hassan I’m not seeing really what you did wrong except like others said maybe work with an agent.Agents know other agents, it works in your favor if the seller is also working with an agent.

The flexibility, scale and tax benefits are more favorable in the commercial space.Over paying is a subjective term. 

The terms will be less favorable for you being less experienced but you'll want to know what they are up front so you can factor them in when running the numbers.

hi all,i just put in a new security camera system in one of my apartment buildings, the guy that installed it showed me how to get the app om my phone.BUT when i want to change settings, like turning on motion sensors etc. i always need to contact him  in order for him to change it.also, when i want to log in through the computer he said he will need to send me a link etc. because it has a username and password that only he has..MY question to you is, why wouldn't he give me the username and password to my own system. is that a common thing that the companies do??
