With smaller single detached comps from $300k-$330k I'm excited to see the finished product.

I was excited to finally meet @Joe Splitrock and @David Pere who I had known for many years online, but had not had the chance to meet them in person til this event.

Right now we haven't made any contacts on the contracting side but hopefully our PM will fill that gap and as time goes on we will build a bigger web.Thanks, I'll add those areas to my listings to see if theres anything exciting that pops up.

And I'm not going to start working as a sales clerk at Forever 21 which might pay a few cents more than minimum wage but since I have no experience in retail, I'd probably still start at minimum wage.I'd rather keep looking for work in corporate, government and the nonprofit sectors where I have years of experience and can expect a salary that factors in my experience.
