We're nearing the end of our owner-occupied term and we've started crash coursing our REI education.

We waited until we had our educations and careers.

If you can afford it, invest in your sales training and education.  

My goal is to not only create cash flow to choose to leave my j.o.b. but to also educate and train my children to create a lasting legacy for them. 

Start by getting an education.

Three of them walked out after listening to the Haves/Wants portion of the meeting and hearing the meeting leader talk about educating agents to work with investors. 

As a strong proponent of education in all its form, I'd like to avoid the slams on "formal education" is the devil point of view.

Hi Folks,  Last few years I just added up my general business expenses: education, technology, subscriptoins etc, divided by my number of Sched E houses and added an expense called General business expense onto EACH house.I never liked that tactic.
