The building looks to be in good shape and up to date with each unit at 1,600 sq ft, 2 car garage, newly upgraded electric, 06 roof and 10 yr. heaters (assuming this information is true).

Yes the wiring is prob 60 years old, yes it could be upgraded, yes it prob won't pass current code, but then again that could be said for 90% of the houses in the area.Drain lines you'd have to pull a hydrostatic test to tell you much..THERE IS NO CARPET in this house, no tack strips, and the hardwoods are terrible

If you have one SFH worth 500k and it becomes vacant for 2 months, obviously you will feel it more than if you had 5 100k SFH's and 1 of the 5 became vacant for two months... something to consider since you seem risk-conscious.
