I'm a young banking professional with 8 years in the Banking and Finance industry.

General industry norms, no they will probably want more or charge higher fees but honestly, there is a lender out there for you!!

Some stayed as realtors and some just left the industry so if you go in with that mindset, make sure not to give up on it but rather take incremental steps to move your ambition forward.

Keep up the good work, very few in the industry have accumulated what you have in a short amount of time

Good morning, I am an agent (with a strong design and advertising background) in the Philadelphia area and am looking to start a small group of investors, architects, designers and agents who in their profession focus on innovation and creative solutions within the real estate industry. 

Realtors obviously have a vested interest in protecting commissions, but they'll eventually be disintermediated just like financial services, insurance, and tons of industries before them.

This is my calling and I believe if I put in the work, network, learn and understand the business I will be able to move into this industry full-time!
