This is my personal view on obtaining a real estate license.

Just from the point of view of cost (of acquiring the loan), portfolio loan is more costly.

As stated, many of these are so great, but the problem is, only the one member asking the question along with myself gets the ability to read and view it.

Im sure Nina has a much better view of her neighboring house.  

I get a site error when I try and view them.

hmm thats easy enough to answer form my point of view... one don't try and screw us over ( don't try and talk the commission rate down every single house we don't ask you to cut your pay checks!

My father, despite never missing a payment in his life, has fairly mediocre credit due to, we think revolving debt. 2 Questions:1) We think some of it may be because the credit bureaus view 2nd loans from banks (which he has a couple of) as revolving credit.

From the borrower's point of view nothing has changed.
