There benifits to visiting the market and knowing the area but a really good agent should be able to accomplish this as well.No Offense, but your profile says you own a triplex.

Some are held at bars which may be a problem but there's so many now (I don't know where you are, but you should probably add a location and photo to your profile) that you can probably find a few to get started.

It's hard to profile them like that. 

I've created a profile on Zillow for a rental, but so far I only get property management companies calling.
