I am looking to find housing Code Violations List for Harris County (Houston).

A lot of my renters are millennials who don't have kids; or young families who are just trying to survive day to day and just want a safe, clean, nice place to live.  

There is no guarantee that the process will survive underwriting, especially if you are taking out additional loans during the process, which would affect your reserves and your DTI.

Now depending on the deal, if you are wholesaling the buyer may have their own closing attorney they would rather work with, but if not I would recommend Harry Marsh at Harry Marsh Law Firm.

As Harry said, you close with an Attorney in NC and many investors use Harry Marsh for just that
