Do you know how or if seller financed land contracts appear on one's credit report?

So, I found a SFH listed on Auction.com, it's not listed on the MLS...I drove by the house and it appears to be vacant.

Initial research appears that this could be a good decision, however, I am leery given the foreign laws and convulsion of Italian process.  

The 1st item I noticed is that you are being told your Husband's OT/bonus income is not being counted, this should not be the case, if there is a 2 year history of receiving this income and it's increasing (as it appears it does) this should be used in your qualifying income in addition to the base. 

If my Seller tells me to let a specific Buyer know they will come down to $200K, then that Buyer wants to further negotiate (when it appears to be a "great" deal), I move on to the next Buyer.

It appears this one is saying don't share the info that they provide.

Then search Google for "maps for plotting locations" or "maps for plotting several locations" and the following listing will appear - How to pin point multiple locations on Google mapsThe 2 miles may be a guess, but you can be close enough.

Look online for clothing, women's clothing, shoes, men's clothing exporters and the cast of characters will begin to appear. 

From calculations, it appears that it will at least take 1500 away from my yearly NOI.The house was bought for 10k below market price and is 4/3 near a university.
