If you're the buyer, do you really want a seller to be able to get a court order that orders you to buy the house, even if the Seller hid a big issue, but your objection deadlines are past?

They try to throw whatever at buyers and quell objections to get the sale for the seller with junk pro-formas.

There are one or two that have 'unique' listings, but often are not in my area.My questions are based around that many of the people I interact with don't trust the wholesalers (many are well known and have been around for a long time).

The only liability of "not presenting an offer" is from the seller side.....I love when wholesaler yahoos try the "you must present all offers" crap, yeah right, just like I'm going to let let you tie this property up with no ability or intention to buy.However, if you have shown a reasonable ability to buy, you need to know what the objections are.
