Investors are usually the best people to talk to about the market because they are actively involved and analyzing it.

There are definitely still active liens on the property.I also don’t have any documentation on lien releases since I haven’t created any liens yet on this property myself.  

To me that all adds up to more time and stress on managing my tenants, and potential cost on damage or wear and tear.

I'm hoping to find a mentor, an active buyer, or a group of buyers!

If you are specifically interested in notes I can point you to some of the active Minnesota-based note investors.

If that is not a concern then having a large negative cash flow is a huge financial and emotional stress.

I'm looking to actively search the market starting in June or July.

It has active termite contract with Terminix.

@Cam Jimmy  I believe you can only borrow from the 401k where you're actively working.Keep in mind if you suddenly lose your job, or even if you want to change jobs, the amount borrowed becomes due and payable.
