Other things I like to look at is age of all mechanicals, roof, etc as there may be a need to replace, repair these items sooner than later. 

I have a plumber who can unclog anything for $210 and if the toilet needs removed and replaced it bumps the charge up to $305.  

My education is in civil engineering, and that kind of methodical, calculated mindset is what makes sense to me.

I have only used it in the context of software development.As a direct replacement for Asana, I much prefer Trello.
