Hey @Inigo Alonso Gago, I hope you are finding success in my home state of Minnesota.Obviously govenment-backed loans make real estate operations more profitable in the US, but if no profits were possible in Spain the entire rental market would collapse.

After long consideration, I have finally decided to purchase an investment property. My target area is Minneapolis, MN (Lake Nokomis/Lake Hiawatha area). It is near my home and workplace. Very competitive market.

The obvious thing to do is to sell and take the tax free gains, then any excess gains are passive and can be offset by creating passive losses via investing in more real estate and doing cost segregations.

I'm new to real estate investing and am based in NYC.

I'm curious to learn from this community—what strategies, partnerships, or team-building techniques have you found most effective in scaling your real estate ventures?

I'm new to BP and very new overall to real estate investing.
