If so, what would be all the steps required?

Is it just plywood that is rotted out to where the floor is soft or will fall through if you step on it?

I really want to start as soon as possible but my problem is, I don't know where to start or the first step to take.

The bill ended up being about $3K, while my handyman could have overseen it without me, he called and verified with me every step of the way.

I'm not sure what the next step would be.
