I have studied brokerage behind two top brokers in the industry since entering and am currently partnered with one.Before brokerage, I worked for two unique gentlemen in Los Angeles who own bars, restaurants, hotels, movie/tv production groups and promoting groups.

Just look on apartments.com at some of the larger complexes and it will show the management company there for each community as well.  

This family owns all of these houses free and clear with a good reputation from not only the community, but their tenants as well.

I fully understand everything that comes with owning a property in a community association, just trying to make sure we have all available options before us, which we haven't been receiving from the management company.  

I can't wait until I can contribute what knowledge I have to help make the path easier for others.I am looking forward to being a part of such a wonderful community!
