@Michael Vallee out of state investing and in state investing are 2 different mentalities.  

Tax advantages, ownership mentality and building equity. 

They are a small company, but prioritize communication, which is rare in this industry. 

Having the money and hustle mentality alone is not going to do it, get things done!

The reason people fight these dogs is not because they have this killing machine mentality, it's just because they're fast and strong - that's it!

If you get anxious, replace that mentality with getting excited.

(Maybe it's all the California sunshine and fresh air that enables us not to grow into "crusty old contractors" and stay physically and mentally able to still work our jobs.
