I want to go under contract on 2 in BH hopefully this month and no later than the end of March and I plan to pick up 1 in Columbus as well if feasible.

It was heard or deferred to March 3, I don't know the current status if this was passed. 

In a good year, Rental activity slows from November through January, and really does not start getting "busy" until mid-March.

If I understand it correctly, basically you became owner of the house on (let's say) March 27 and on March 31 the previous owner collected the April rent from the tenant and they also received the April S8 payment. 

There are pros and cons or each....or are you just trying to reinvigorate this debate from March?
