Finding another cabinet to match is too much of a hassle for me.We've always left appliances such as DW, washer/dryers, but informed them via the lease that extra appliances (not fridge/range) were their responsibility to maintain.

I absolutelly will require EM up front AND inspection contingency to be removed 7 days from contract acceptance, NOT upon lender approval(our contracts do have a provision for seller to maintain current condition with a follow up walk thru).
