Is the "jag" in the photo really on the house, or is that just an image issue?

Now I've got a big ol' list of properties I can sort by any number of criteria and have been sending letters to the ones I think will be most likely to produce leads.On properties I think may be potential deals, I drive by and take a look to see if it looks vacant and to get a rough idea of condition, and then snap a quick photo.

What sort of investing do you primarily do?

I hold all my properties in LLC's and was wondering if I needed some sort of business license to operate in Marietta, GA

You can sort by date sold, size, etc.

Ok...I'm going to assume the place was plumbed for these appliances and these weren't some sort of mobile washer/dryer combos, if there is such a thing.

I typically invest in flips and rentals, but have an IDEAL subject to deal that sort fell into my lap.

It will take me a while to sort through all of it, but thank you.

I actually have a close friend (who's still in college) who owns two rental properties and manages them alongside his longtime girl friend who just happened to graduate from Marquette University with a Bachelors in Business and a whole bunch of other degrees, and they pitched an idea to me to start some sort of real estate business.
