If this listing broker/agent has been in the game for any number of years this is not the first time they have seen this happen at all.There can be procuring cause but also a (chain of events) that has to happen all the way to closing to see who started the process and finished the process.What purchase price is this?

Especially if there were multiple lenders in the chain.

Its not like it can just call up and say "hey your sitting on a diamond incrusted gold mine.

I plan on purchasing a single family house within the next year, living in it for a year, then turning it into a long-term rental property after finding and purchasing a new house.I've heard working with local banks or credit unions can be helpful to the small real estate investor as opposed to national bank chains.
