It is easy to get swept up by the excitement of owning a property and not think about what could go wrong.

I would also recommend trading up. sell the property and use the 30K cash with some savings to get into a bigger and more exciting deal.

Hello - This is our first investment property, and we're excited/anxious to get into the multi-family space.

I walk across the highway to the top of there very steep, almost a drop off driveway and am greeted with a handshake and a hug both of them with very much excitement and enthusiasm saying " finally somebody else gets it!
