What’s the growth aspects?

I'm very new to this aspect of the realestate world.

While you may loose control over some aspects of the day to day operations and they cost a percentage of your rental income; i dont see how you could do without them when deployed.Personally iv thought about taking things a step further beyond just a generic property manager running the show.

Typically the people that have issues with section 8 homes/tenants are ones that rely entirely on property managers without section 8 experience to deal with every single aspect of their rental and/or they have low quality houses that attract low quality tenants.

I don't think more time makes a difference from that aspect. 

I have started to write my business plan but having a little problem with the financial aspect of the business plan .

The precise aspects will vary state to state.

While it sounds hard to give up control over your tenants and properties you have to realize there are professional companies that specialize in this aspect of the business ( you just need to find the right one).

Property management would teach me aspects of being a landlord. 

The best part about real estate is the creative aspect of putting deals together.
