Hi, I'm looking to access the equity of my 10 mortgage-free SFH rentalsI know that I can set up a HELOC for each home, but that will give me 10 different HELOC accounts to manage, which would be a PITAAre there any alternatives I should consider?

I was denied access to our HOA attorney for his guidance.

By then, you'll be more familiar with the whole accounting concepts, how to set it up and track it in Quicken, and the usually steep  learning curve for Quickbooks will be more accessible.

I am curious to hear from those of you that were active in the commercial real estate during the last recession and how you weathered the shock and pushed through it.

This is a pretty specific question, but if anyone can answer it im sure its someone here.How could i research what type of building to put on a commercial lot?  

However, though I like commercial real estate, people are saying I should start out with residential sales.

Usually, these are accessed for a monthly or yearly fee.
