How loan officiers can pay Referral Fee to realtors in a legal way, and NOT as kick back?

As responsible Real Estate Investors,  we want to educate them on their options:  Mortgage relief programs, loan modifications, forbearance, short sale, etc. 

You should look into finding a down payment assistance loan on your primary house.

I have a VA loan option from when I was in the military I have not used and have the down payment I’d need for our next residence so I don’t necessarily need to sell in order to buy my next house.

Has anyone used a business line of credit to put money down on a hard money loan to buy a flip?

I typically use private/hard money lenders and what is happening is that the top 3-4 that I use will only be able to do 2-3 loans and then may run out of capital.

We have a plan to push them through financing with a good lender that deals with this type of loan.
