Another tip is to set up keyword alerts (ie Multifamily, Atlanta, etc) to reach out to people and follow up with them on there commentary if there already doing what you're interested in pursuing.

I'm glad I read it because I almost wrote one or two of the links you mentioned :)One more link that might be useful is the link for events: Events post on BPI also wanted to comment that I have listened to many podcasts (sometimes 8-10 a week) listening to older ones as well and feel I've learned a lot from them.
