The son who the property was left to has done nothing to claim the property so after speaking with him, he spoke to a lawyer who said it would be a month to get it transferred into his name.The problem is the property is tax delinquent and is scheduled to be auctioned off next week.

Hi Kevin,I am finding deals in Newport Beach by speaking with people directly.

Broadly speaking, SFR in Hawaii are not great buy and hold properties.

Generally speaking, what do you all think about towns / cities with lots of or very few rentals?

If he's looking to sell them as a package, I would think it would behoove you the most if you locked up all 3 as a package, but were still able to wholesale each of them individually.As for the formula for bulk properties, I can't speak for wholesaling, but as an agent I don't think it really changes much.

Speaking of which, if anyone is in the southeastern CT area, let me know, I'd love to meet other real estate investors here.
