I suppose the prices will continue to climb up, yet the growing current and planned inventory (25000 plus condo units will pour into market in next two years) will slow down the growth and maybe its for the better in the long run.

My question persist on the following:Concrete steps/stairs are made up by a series of plywood boxes stacked in which you then pour cement into.While reviewing the work done I noticed that the contractor made plywood boxes but then covered them with a flat piece of wood then added cement on top.

Also, if the sill is that bad, I would imagine the studs and siding are also compromised.

I would imagine that the cheapest solution would be to demo the whole egress exit and build a new staircase.Does anyone have any suggestions on other ways this could be done?
