I contacted several of my friends this weekend, an engineer, an architectural designer, a real estate agent, a real estate lawyer.

Does anyone know of any realtors/lawyers/cpas in Baltimore, Maryland that handles these types of transactions?

A lawyer can draw up the paperwork and the closing can be handled by a title company (or lawyer).  

I will be paying cash, no realtor or lawyer, only the title agency.The situation is that the current tenants are month-to-month.
