Two weeks of painting and cleaning after work and on the weekend and the house looks almost new!

I would fly to houston or pretty much anywhere else for that matter, every quarter.Last year I attended OREIA, thursdays they had an all day, advanced investor forum, for me by far the most valuable day of the entire weekend.

I guess I am a "tweener" in that I want to work on my properties full time but they are not enough to support my family; yet at the same time they are too much work for just nights and weekends.

It would be nice to tell your bank not to charge you interest on the weekends and holidays.

We both have full time jobs so this is something we did after work and on the weekends.

In my area I see at least 5 a day and more on the weekends.

Unfortunately because i live in the bay area and this property is in stockton and i work full time, i have to go out there this weekend to find out.

Big time saver that frees up nights and weekends from inadvertent tenant lockouts.

Lately I found a weekend radio program on AM that discusses real estate investing that I found as a podcast and listen to and then I come upon the BP podcast.
