I am brand new to real estate investing and have an idea but need some seasoned veteran investors to point out any flaws in my system.I am sure that many have done this before, but I woul dlike to start marketing pre-foreclosures in the Bexar county (San Antonio) area by using an online website to search for notice of defaults recorded with the courthouse.
