Thanks mate and great advice.We just recently turned on the marketing engine and it's been hectic.Crazy to witness how many disgruntled landlords there are in our market.It's a trend I noticed 10+ years ago but never bothered opening our doors to outside folks.I'm a more controlled business man nowadays so won't be doing any guerilla marketing tactics hahaWe are already killing the online game with simple SEO so it would be unfair to the rest if we pulled out all of our artillery lolThanks again and much success

I have been on the journey watching different trends in YouTube, Facebook groups and other couple of places, the free information on YouTube is chaos, but it will take time to figure out your area of interest and your strategy that fits current market, Facebook I really think is prone to all kinds of marketing tricks early learner will be pitched into commitments which may may not result in correct choice and success option for you.

I think these will fill a small niche for homeowners who have really small/weird shape lots that can't fit an ADU, and/or can't get financing for a full ADU, and there will be no shortage of people that will rent these.According to the article you can't have both an ADU and a tiny home, so my guess is you could only do one per lot, but I'm curious to read the final text.
