Nice post Chris as we see the " I cant wait for a crash so I can cash in sentiment a lot on this site"  And probably from the majority that never lived through tough financial times..

Another option - since she already does daycare, this is still desperately needed for people with kids who work in the essential services, like doctors & nurses, law enforcement, janitors, grocery workers and supply-chain.

All those travel and restaurant and Salon and other nonessential businesses have workers who will be losing a lot of job shortly.

Hi, I'm very new to the real estate world and have some (very) basic questions about MH investing.I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts, watching tons of videos, reading books and articles, and am fortunate enough to have a friend who is a property management company CEO, but alas there are some more nitty-gritty questions that I have no clue as to what the answers are (there's so much information out there, it can be tough to sift through sometimes...).

That is tough love, but very educational!

People will always need somewhere to escape to, even in tough times - helps if it’s in a location with desirable year-round weather and easy for folks to get there( though I do admit, since my houses are staying full, I am running a smidge low on toilet paper.

@Steve Balinski a bit of tough love, but you're working with the wrong team. 

Unfortunately with the increased exposure we'll have to start paying hazard pay to ensure workers show up and maybe start dispatching service techs from home to keep them away from other workers.
