I’m 1900 dollars into this deal it’s a vacant 4plex and the appraiser found the apartment broke into and drugs I still think the numbers work out The sellers agent doesn’t respond about if the property has any meth reports I’m beginning to be scared of the potential ongoing problems this property may bring.

It sounds like the top tenant might be trying to use the street space in front of the garage door as an opportunity to park in a city where street parking is scarce.Because the "driveway" is technically the sidewalk in many parts of San Francisco, it is not permissible per the SFMTA for a car to be parked on it at anytime.

She's also a single mom working a low income job and in general I want to be as fair as possible -but that's a two way street and I don't think its fair for me to bear the cost of all of these items that were likely due to her negligence/that of her kids.
