And really all the security they seek in the 1st place... so in other words their position hasn't changed.

I now have the opportunity to live in South Lake Tahoe in my grandparents home for free (incredibly fortunate to have the place to myself as it is a second home) and am wondering if I should seek out a brokerage here to perform as an agent as I build my wealth to eventually invest.

As I analyze deals that I'd like to seek private money for, what do private investors want to see? 

Unless you seek a job as a financial advisory, or at a big scheme in Federal world, you will be dealing with forms and paperwork, transferring RE property from one paper to the next. 

All they need is general information about the property to give you the kind of advice you are seeking.
