For quality relationships to form, it can take time so I'd recommend digging deep into someones goals and their 'why' when looking to build your team of investors/partners.I'd recommend checking out meetup.com, eventbrite and of course BP Events.

I'm looking for advice on how to find, screen, and maintain these relationships.

We built a lasting relationship with the tenants who are more than happy to help us wherever they can with the property.

But I would recommend seeing a property upfront if the source is not one that you have a relationship of trust.

- How would you advise I diligence the broker given we wouldn’t have a prior relationship?

This is a LTR.As I look at what we could have done better and preparing for the next investment, I’m curious for some input from the BP community:- When you’re investing out of state, do you build relationships with banks local to the area you live or where you are investing?
