Yes, I know, you'll always have to live somewhere, and that (usually) costs money whether renting OR buying, BUT, the idea of "house hacking" is to ameliorate your rent/mortgage expenses, if not eliminate them altogether (because the other rent/s CAN sometimes pay for ALL those expenses)!

As a small landlord, I am trying to find a way to switch from paper checks to electronic payments for rent collection, in an effort to eliminated a cumbersome, recurring task of scanning, signing, and/or visiting a bank branch, waiting in line, and depositing, or mailing and tracking paper checks.

Over the next three years these neighborhoods are going to see rapid growth.

At the same time, millions of dollars of venture capital money is being infused into the space to fuel rapid growth through companies such as Pillow, Guesty, TurnKey, and InvitedHome.

The market is Hot here and the city and counties around are growing rapidly!

My husband and I are looking to get started on wholesaling and we live in Grand Rapids Michigan and are looking to get started with that.

They come when rent to value makes since and there is a potential for cash flow and or rapid appreciation(which they help create)  Rent to value in OC does not make since.
