You know what strikes me as interesting....here you have "Chevis the Plumber" (and yes Chevis, that's your new nickname...lol) who makes no claim of wealth or status, in fact he is a typical hard working 32 year old guy, and yet he is able to come up with $250 in donations during a down economy.Where are these millionaire real estate gurus that parade their training all over the forums?

The reason why is to cover any major damages that they might have overlooked.Electricians, plumbers, and HVAC guys this is why they go to school and have to take many hours of training to see what the average person can not.
