My kids should inherit a lot of cashflowing property with very little equity (except maybe a couple of Mobile homes).

Hello,I'm a buy and hold investor in central Texas with single and multi family properties and mobile home lots/homes.

I'd have to play in that market with those involved in the manufacture, setup, and land acquisition for both the mobile home and manufactured marketplace.

I've found a fairly dilapidated, smaller mobile home park (maybe 20 units?) 

Instead of mobile home communities, is there a way to develop a Tiny Home community?

Hi all,We are looking at a parcel of land that has a mobile home on it in a rural part of East Texas, just outside of city limits. 

id briefly like the run down on normal terms/ down payments / some of the unforseen problems people encounter and how often manufactured/mobile homes are sold on lots and average lot fees / HOA type lot fees for being hooked up in a park ??

MOBILE HOMES VS HOUSES  with 200k in cash ????
