I verified on the county website that he was arrested for an OWI and reviewing social media there is some other disturbing allegations out there for him.As my property manager - he is my representative for my properties to the public.

Although I could post them on social media with a #, I found it useful to post on the medium.

There are a lot of questions.once you have a business plan, then you can pick up business by marketing yourself in the obvious places like newspaper, radio, social media.

I see all over these forum and hear a lot on the podcast as well as YouTube and social media " do the BRRRR method with no money down" but in over a year of looking and 3 applications submitted no where have I seen a product that doesn't require money down. is there anyone on here who can give me some ideas  or information on how to specifically find those lenders that do not require money down?
