There are a few mobile homes and one RV that people are renting out on AirBnB but I haven't analyzed how successful they are. it would be easy enough to check- check out their calendars to see their pricing and vacancy rates- e.g. the month of March, everything in the area should be rented out.

Eviction moratoriums are over in Texas now and I finally reclaimed my house after winning an eviction (March 16) for not paying rent!

Today is March 1, so I'm guessing they're not planning on paying March, either. 

If you are looking to avoid seasonality, you can count on the snowbirds to swarm in from the midwest from January to March.

It was taken back by the city for taxes and I purchased it at auction in March from the city, but didn't close until this month.
