@Twana Rasoul There's a San Diego meetup this weekend, organized by active BPers @Parker Cox and @Kevin Fox - part of a series held at different REI projects around the county.  

The only major difference is one is brick and the other is wood.

Nothing major for electrical though, the panel is upgraded and nothing major is being moved.

@Keith Kaufman I have been active in the San Antonio Market for several years now and from a cash flow stand point we have a great rental market.

Hi All,i am pre-approved for 350K and have been looking to buy a multi-Family house in north Jersey ( Bloomfield, Montclair, Rutherford, glen ridge etc), for the last couple months.I am actively reading the forums in bigger pockets (thanks to all of you for the vast ocean of information).I basically look at GSMLS for listings.

I am posting here tonight because I am interested in offering up my free time for any active flippers in the Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut, or Southern Massachusetts areas.

Also, definitely start connecting with people who are actively investing as they can give you an idea of what all is going on in your area.Good luck!

Do not spend too much time on this but at least know a few guys at your local REIA that are actively flipping that you can sell to when you get your first assignment. 2) Next develop your strategy, build a list of at least 200 properties to mail to.
