This is sort of inspired from some of the wholesale deal listing websites I've seen like investorlift.com but taken to an extreme level of matching and customization.The investors would join the platform for free and specify the locations, property types, unit count, cap rate, and other criteria they are looking for in their next investment.

But the many people that are on this site have truly inspired me. 

I posted this on the Facebook group in hopes of inspiring others with my story, so thought I post on here as well to reach and inspire more people.

Has been a great use of my time as I have made several connections and have been inspired by what others are doing.
