I'm glad to be back here where it all started and while my time is very limited I'll do what I can to chime in here and there!

One method that works for usis simply by shifting my perspective about someone’s inherent value as a human being.

Not to say they are inherently bad, this is just human nature.

Its very promising that you were able to go this same route. not having systems in place will probably be my biggest obstacle but I think it will get easier after my first deal.

I think the biggest thing is just persevering through the obstacles and not quitting.

First thing I would do as others in here have stated is figure out "WHY" you are doing this.

Makes it double hurt since each AirBnB = oneless hotel room with big room taxes.Which confuses me since AOC said in her best fake drawl: "We don't need no Amazon jobs, y'all".Sad thing is these politicians really think they are smarter (at least more so than the people that elect them).

We are both educators and have a family of six so personal finances are tight and an obstacle. 

Financing, even with less than stellar credit, is an obstacle that can be overcome if you can find the great deals.

As far as my lack of capital, wholesaling wouldn't require any money down, so that obstacle could be shelved for now leaving only the issue of knowledge.
